
Cancellation and Trip Amendment Policies

This is outlines the policies and procedures of Novial Nomad Oy ("Novial Nomad", "we", "us", or "our") regarding the terms and conditions for bookings and cancellations when you use our website [www.novialnomad.com] (the "Site") and the services offered through the Site (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Site or our Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our Site or Services.
1.Traveler's Rights:
1.1 Cancellation:
You can cancel your trip up to 31 days before departure and receive a refund, minus a 10% deposit. This deposit can be transferred to another trip. To cancel, please email us at sales@novialnomad.com. Cancellations made less than 31 days before departure are non-refundable. Please contact your travel insurance provider for possible compensation.
1.2 Date Changes:
You can change your travel dates up to 31 days before departure without any additional charges, subject to availability. Please email us at sales@novialnomad.com for date changes.
1.3 Travel Insurance:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
2. Tour Organizer's Rights:
2.1 Tour Cancellation:
If the minimum number of participants (5 people) is not reached, we may cancel the tour. We will notify you 20-40 days before departure and offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
2.2 Changes to Itinerary:
We may change hotels, transportation, or the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are significant changes, we will inform you immediately. You can choose to accept or cancel the trip within the set time frame.
2.3 Force Majeure:
If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), we will refund all payments made but cannot provide compensation for additional costs (flights, visas, etc.).
2.4 Non-Attendance or Early Departure:
If you miss the tour or leave early, no refund will be provided for unused services.
2.5 Special Requests:
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences), but cannot guarantee their fulfillment. Any additional costs for special requests will be your responsibility.
2.6 Tour Manager:
If the group consists of more than 10 participants, we will provide a tour manager to accompany the group throughout the tour.

Payment Deadline:
Full payment is due 31 days before the tour starts. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other secure payment methods. Please note that certain payment methods may incur additional fees.
Currency of Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment.
